A new draft of proposed Afterschool Regulations for Licensed Programs in Vermont is now posted for review (see below).  This document is still in the developing and feedback stages which take place prior to the formal promulgation process.

• A public feedback and discussion session about the draft document will be held during the upcoming Vermont Afterschool Legislative Day on Wednesday, February 29, 2012. The public session will be at 2:30 p.m. at the Capitol Plaza Hotel in Montpelier, Vermont, in the Governors’ Ballroom.  We hope you will join us for this opportunity. • We anticipate future opportunities for feedback will be collected through a survey collection tool on
  the Child Development Division’s website. That link will be posted here as soon as it is open.
• Please note: These draft revisions are not yet in the formal promulgation process. The suggested revisions are still in the development phase. There will be additional opportunities for public input and feedback through the promulgation process once that occurs. We will post updates and notices here as the process moves forward.
