YSA Afterschool Grants

With generous support from the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation, YSA will award Afterschool Grants of up to $500 each to support youth-led service or service-learning in afterschool programs. Grants are offered on a competitive application basis and open to any afterschool program in the United States that meets the following requirements: Engage at least 50 youth as volunteers in service or service-learning projects between November 2019 – May 2020; Submit an online impact report by May 31, 2020; Engage a large percentage…

21st CCLC Grant: Letters of Intent Due

The 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) Grant Application is open for the purpose of providing high-quality afterschool and summer learning opportunites. Vermont's 21st CCLC program supports students' learning and interests through diverse and engaging programming using multiple approaches and curricula. Programs are delivered through schools and community partnerships for grades K-12. Annually, approximately 12,100 youth and 5,700 regular attendees are served in 101 high needs communities across the state.
